A leading eCommerce company is looking for a CRM/Salesforce Solution Engineer!
As a member of our Global Business Applications Team, you’ll be responsible for supporting data generation that drives critical business operations in the company. By creating, maintaining, and implementing streamlined processes, you will enable our teams to continue to hit and exceed their goals through the most efficient and effective means possible.
Responsibilities:
Research, plan, design, and implement creative solutions for business cases involving multiple systems
Implement impactful business processes and requirements within Salesforce and related applications
Generate reports and dashboards, and work with objects and fields, workflows, validation, apex class & triggers, rules, and data uploads
Perform ongoing maintenance of Yotpo’s Salesforce environment
Work closely with customer-facing operations teams in a fun, dynamic, and lively startup environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at a time
Agile and responsive when working in conjunction with other teams
Technical orientation and programming skills
People and service-oriented
