In this role you will: • Office support including responsibility of reception, office equipment and maintenance, working with HSBC stakeholders and service providers. • Performing a variety of administrative support such as organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation.• Provide ad-hoc support to visiting executives. Co-ordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders.• Gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for the office• Ongoing monitoring of approvals and expenses ensuring records are maintained for audit purposes.• Providing assistance to meet the needs of the Line Manager and their Directs with regards to ongoing team management, management of meeting and travel schedules, as required• Sensitive and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
