If so, then you are the Financial Controller we are looking for! This position will be based in Kfar Saba, Israel under the Finance and Accounting department. You will directly report to the Senior Accounting and Tax Manager. Apply Today and join us for a life-changing career!

The position

As a Financial Controller you will be performing and implementing different controls to ensure proper posting in the books. You will be working with company's internal and external auditors, as well as collaborating with tax professionals to minimize tax liabilities and ensure all operating expenses are compliant with tax regulations and accounting standards. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Financial Reports: preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and preparing the yearly tax return and tax budget independently.
Work on transfer pricing reports and TP budget, as well as planning and monitoring Company's cash flow.
Monitoring assets following IFRS16 and Israeli GAAP regulation.
Verify proper implementation of the company's processes and policies (P2P, Order to cash, etc.).
Provide technical accounting guidance for the group on various accounting issues and assist with ad-hoc projects such as system implementations.

Qualifications

As a Financial Controller, you need to be independent with high level of integrity and loyalty. You also need to be a strong team player, highly organized, detail oriented, and bring the following:

CPA with 3 years of experience from a Big Four accounting firm.
Minimum 5 years of experience from an international company, preferrable in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Knowledge and experience with Israeli GAAP and IFRS.
Familiar with / BEPS / Pilar 1 + 2
Strong Microsoft skills with an emphasis on data analysis and Excel.
ERP system such as SAP experience.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
Able to meet processing and reporting deadlines.
Experience in a global, multi-currency company would be an advantage.
