Operations Director Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established Private Duty Home Care / Personal Home Care organization. They specialize in non-clinical companion, respite, and daily home care for the Senior community. They are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead operations and growth. This position is based in the Peoria, IL area . Private Duty / Personal Care leadership experience strongly preferred. Other healthcare or staffing background may be considered if there is familiarity with an elder client base and care-giver recruiting and staffing. Must understand the local market.
Operations Director Job Requirements
Private Duty / Personal / Companion Home Care experience required. Strong Customer Service, Business development and Operations acumen. Staffing or recruiting strategy experience with care-givers / aides. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Operations Director Job Responsibilities Oversite of private duty / personal care operations. Ensure compliance and high customer & care-giver satisfaction. Develop and manage Budgets, P&L, Bill Rates, and Expenses. Help grow client base and revenue.
