What will you do?
The Senior People Business Partner will work as a trusted advisor and partner to build programs that scale the organization and build high-performing teams. This position will provide People Business Partner support to the leadership team and the employees within SentinelOne.
As a strategic Senior People Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
Partnering with group and team leaders to create high-performing organizations with a focus on employee engagement and team effectiveness Communicating and ensuring understanding of planned organization strategy and programs to group and team leads Oversee developments and execution of HR policies and processes Lead various initiatives around organizational development, including workforce planning, succession planning, key talent development, and more. Delivering meaningful analytics to inform and advise on business decisions
What experience or knowledge should you bring?
4+ years of experience as a people business partner in a global company, supporting multiple locations groups. Exceptional coaching skills and the confidence to work with different levels of management. A result-oriented individual with a global, collaborative, and solutions-driven mindset. Ability to effectively communicate in a matrixed, global business environment. Facilitation skills to drive and lead meetings and discussions and deliver productive outcomes to a diverse audience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data and recommend data-driven solutions. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
